FINANCIAL POLICY

After careful consideration of how to best serve our community with limited capacity and resources, we have decided to participate in-network with only Northeast Delta Dental at this time.

The exception to this is medical insurance for treatment related to trauma, such as an accident or injury, cancer, or medical conditions that affect your mouth. We are one of the few facilities authorized to utilize medical insurance for oral care treatments.

This means that we operate primarily as a Fee-For-Service practice. However, as a courtesy to our patients, we will electronically process claims for all other insurance companies. For comprehensive treatment plans, we can request a Pre-determination of Benefits. This allows you to know, prior to treatment, the financial reimbursement you will receive from your insurance company. Please note, the turn-around time for reimbursement by your insurance provider is typically 2-4 weeks but may vary.

We understand that navigating healthcare expenses can be challenging, and we want to ensure transparency in our financial policies. By electing to remain out-of-network, we can focus on providing high-quality care without the constraints imposed by insurance companies. CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to reschedule or cancel your appointment. To allow us deliver care to another individual in your community, we kindly request that you provide at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. In the event that a cancellation or rescheduling occurs with less than 48 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of $55 will be applied to your account. This fee helps cover the costs associated with the reserved time and ensures fairness to both our clients and our practitioners.
